My New USBs
A small pack of USBs for general storage of some stuff, I'm currently using my "mint" green USB to save Linux ISOs to test and mess around in Virtual box. I'm also thinking of my "Vanilla" USB for game roms I want to play using RetroArch on my laptop. ------ Cherry, Blackberry, Mint, Blueberry, and Vanilla

I swear, these things come to life at night and creep out of my office. I get them ten at a time, and one by one they disappear, sometimes with sensitive data. Sometimes I find one in the hallway or hiding in the couch after a failed escape attempt.

is it me, or are they "impersonating" SanDisk? ๐

Some of the fakes have just enough memory to hold the directory, and generate no errors quietly tossing your data. When you read files you get gibberish. Write only file system, WOFS

I honestly didn't know these are fakes, and now I remember seeing my mom use a real one, I frankly just picked a random pack of USBs tbh, and the data I still want to keep is in my TB hard drive, so I'm safe for the time being, and I got a data loss support thing just in case.

Why are you using so much USB-sticks when nowadays you get a good cheap kingstom or samdisk SSD with 2 terabytes for almost nothing?
Are you running into some old machine that does not support it, or is it question of style?

Originally, I had some usbs in a small little bag, but I can't find them since I didn't give myself time to unpack all of my things, and yeah. (I also just wanted to get extra usbs, just in case.) But yeah.
