I spend literally hours trying to set up my own Bluesky PDS instance and ended up giving up completely when I found out it required a whole bunch of DNS TXT fields that I wasn't able to put on my DNS hosting provider, lol

@Aelspire haha lol no I haven't. I'm nowhere near capable of that. I'm not even criticizing self-hosting. Just employing my capacity for humor at my own expense. One of the better things facebook gave to the world was the phrase: "I'm in this picture and I don't like it." :)
