Is It Just Me
I feel like the news links showing up recently in Antenna makes it less pleasant to use. Just my two cents adjusted for inflation.

Yep, I have seen that as well. You might want to create your own filtered antenna feed.
Look for a link at the bottom to "customize your antenna view" or so.
Then you can subscribe to the filtered view, or browse it directly

@jmcs That's exactly what the doctor ordered! Read the manual, I guess. BTW, you and I have an unplayed chess game at dev.spool-five.com.
do we? ouch. I swear I might have passed by, perhaps once, to see what was available. maybe I was put in a queue waiting for available games, or something. I don't remember staying any games, but I'll check right away!
See you around there!
well, I don't know if I resigned from our game (because I didn't recognize your name), or if I played my turn (I had 2 games, but upon entering the second one I also didn't recognize your name...)
If I resigned, that's fine. I'm not sure these days I have enough time to keep track of something like this, to be honest

You did resign. That's okay because I'm awful playing black!

@dragfyre 🥱
that bugged me too as I don't feel that antenna is for pushing your own personal aggregators. the other day i had the same thing pop up in my local mastodon feed as well. i don't want to see all your instagram links republishing other news outlets content.
me too, antenna show lots of automate post. in my opinion antenna's custom filter has too many link to set compare to cosmos which has no-automate feed

I’m not on fedi but one could ask Baum (@baum@norden.social) to not post this to antenna. It’s not in the spirit of sharing hand crafted small web content.
While everyone can use a filter, it pollutes the experience for people new to antenna who aren’t aware of the filter.
