Night of the Long Film 🎦

I went to see the film, The Brutalist. The title character isn't brutal, but his architecture is, although the film doesn't show all that much of it.

It's so long, there's an interval. I came out almost 4 hours after I went in. And despite all that time, several things are left unexplained.

I didn't know much about it beforehand, so it took me a while to realise it wasn't a true story. I could name a few architects, but... Laszlo who?

The cinema was almost empty. Shame. It had faults, but it was a pretty good film.
