Nowadays, due to circumstances [1, 2], whenever I hear of "Masters" the term refers to British judges*. Yes, this term is used here; it's not considered rude or racist. IBM is bluffing. It's trolling us.

Consider the simple fact that IBM's CEO comes from a military family. Both his parents were military people. He's notorious inside IBM for governing with an iron fist (but a smiling face). This is him 1.5 months ago:
