Chatters over IRC
I don't know much about IRC except that I want to learn more about it! So I figured I'd give it a try.

Libera chat is recent IRC network. I like how their website explains clearly how to connect, what client to use, and basic IRC commands useful for people like me who are just getting started on it.
And as a reminder, tskaalgard has created a room on matrix if you want to explore that protocol.
