and yeah I knew about the minecraft thing for a while! they also made it a lot more obvious by naming the purchase on the website as "java and bedrock" but I was skeptical about it since I was not certain of it playing well with other operating systems (on the windows store, its called just "minecraft for windows" so i had [some] doubts).

And yeah consoles and mobile need seperate purchases, I would know that.. hehe.. my first purchase of the game was on the ps3 back when that first launched, then I remember pocked edition and the playstation vita versions at some later point in life, also the switch version back a year or so ago, for all that time I didn't really have a personal computer to justify the java purchase... well, until now I guess.

oh man. i used to play on the ps3 with my sister split screen it was so fun. we had minecraft for computers but theres something about split screen that feels special. hell to play ofc, having half a tv in vertical height and a whole tv in horizontal length, just works poorly. i don't know why splitscreen was that, but it was!
