Ah yes, there is a certain pleasure in giving one's spouse a lengthy commentary on the ills of the world every now and then.

It is preposterous how much white people fixate on skin color! *wink wink*

On a more serious note, I have noticed that eurodescendants do have a learned cultural idea of their own superiority, such that most of them tend to have such deep-rooted ideas that could be called "racist", even the notion of race is, I am informed, an european one.

But in general, whenever somebody says something like " people are such and such", you can safely remove "" and still be about as right (or wrong). Turns out, people at large have very bad qualities.

Not you, of course, you are a charm ;-)

Heh.. first time through I thought I read 'eurodescent', as though a play on 'iridescent'. :-)
