Pizza
Makes 2 portions
Ingredients
Dough
4 cups of flour
1 1/3 cups of water
3 tablespoons of olive oil
1 tablespoon of yeast
1 teaspoon of salt
Toppings
Tomato sauce
Onions
Peppers
Mushrooms
Whatever else you want
Instructions
Mix the dry dough ingredients in a bowl.
Mix in the wet dough ingredients.
Knead it for a little while until it's smooth.
Get a different bowl and coat the inside with a bit of olive oil.
Put your dough in the oily bowl and turn it over so it's coated in oil.
Cover the oily bowl with a cloth or something and let it rest in a warm place for 1 to 2 hours.
Preheat your oven to 450 degrees fahrenheit.
Get a pan.
Sprinkle some corn meal on it if you want.
Spread your dough out onto the pan into whatever shape you want your pizza to be.
Spread tomato sauce on top of your flattened dough.
Chop your toppings into little pieces and sprinkle them on top.
Once the over reaches 450 degrees fahrenheit, put the pan in the oven.
Wait 20 minutes.
Take out the pizza.
Enjoy it if you want.
