Frozen Tofu

Somehow a block of tofu got frozen; perhaps it was placed too near the cold air input vent, and maybe the fridge is set too cold, and maybe someone has been leaving the door open for too long, or more likely I have offended the kami of this or all refrigerators, somehow. This required nuking the tofu, after prying the slab from the plastic, which resulted in a not bad texture (for the tofu, not the plastic), almost like a soft pumice, perhaps good for air frying, not that I have one of those air frying gizmos. More research is required as a control block of tofu (unfrozen) was lacking to compare with.
