Ereaders are a pleasure to read on, with their crisp paper-like displays, but their low-powered chipsets struggle wirh modern resource-hungry websites.

But surfing with the Gemini protocol makes the internet more accessible to so many ereaders.

Some examples of Gemini sites to help you read the web peacefully on your ereader without bloated web software:

bbs.geminispace.org

tlgs.one

gemi.dev

gemi.dev/stargate.gmi

tilde.team/~smokey/cgi-bin/search-engine-inputs.gmi

(I had most luck with the yahoo search engine of the Stargate Relay input options.)
