Trued to fix my sleep schedule again. Managed to give myself jet lag without leaving my flat.

I've been struggling with an unhealthy (especially weekend) sleep schedule for a few years now. What seemed to help was going on vacation and getting some distance from my unhealthy habits (mostly playing games or reading too late).
